The purpose of this Memorandum of Agreement is to define a cooperative and mutually beneficial relationship between Char-Em United Way (CEUW) and its Funded Partners, so that we achieve a purpose common to all stakeholders; donors, clients, agencies and CEUW. This agreement is to be signed annually by both parties before allocations may be released.
