This WRQ Software License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and WRQ, Inc. (“WRQ”) for WRQ software products licensed to you, including computer software and its accompanying installation or user guide (“Software”). Unless you have entered into a separate license agreement with WRQ, you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement by (i) selecting the “Accept” or “Yes” button when the Software product prompts to you to accept or decline this Agreement, or (ii) by installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the Software. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may receive a full refund if you return this Software product and all accompanying materials along with your proof of purchase to the place where you obtained it within 30 days from your date of purchase.
