THIS CONSULTING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of January , 2017 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Nevada Affordable Housing Assistance Corporation, a Nevada non-profit corporation (“NAHAC”), with an address of P.O. Box 15142, Las Vegas, Nevada 89114, and Ellsworth & Stout, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, (“Consultant”), with a principal place of business at 7881 West Charleston Blvd., Suite 155, Las Vegas, Nevada 89117. NAHAC and Consultant are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” or, collectively, as the “Parties.”
