This Floyd County Board of Commissioners ARP Funding Agreement ( “Grant Agreement”), is entered into by and between Floyd County, Indiana ( “County ”) and Spectrum Mid-America, LLC, by its Manager, Charter Communications, Inc., (“Grantee”), on , 2023 (“Effective Date”), and is executed pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
