This agreement is made effective on June____, 2023 by and between Corporate Finance Advisors, Inc. and the above potential buyer (collectively, the “Parties”) in reference to the possible acquisition of AR01S Auto Repair & Service Center Company (northeast Cleveland suburb) (the “Target Company”) to ensure the protection and preservation of the confidential and/or proprietary nature of information disclosed or made available, or to be disclosed or made available to each other. For the purposes of this agreement, each Party shall be deemed to include any subsidiaries, internal divisions, agents, and employees of a Party. Any signing Party shall refer to and bind the individual and the entity which he or she represents.
