This Amendment No. 1 (“Amendment”), effective as of the date last signed below (“Effective Date”), amends a 2007 CELL TOWER LICENSE AGREEMENT between Clear Wireless, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Licensee”) and City of Buda, Texas, a Texas Municipal Corporation (“City”), (the “Agreement”).
