TRI COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE SERVICES, INC. (“TRI”) has been retained on an exclusive basis by the “Morabito Family Trust” (the “Owner”) with respect to the offering for sale of the 41 year leasehold at 901 Sunvalley Blvd, Concord, CA directed to TRI. All fees due TRI in connection with the sale of the Property shall be paid by the Owner.
