This End User Access and License Agreement (“EUALA”), Terms of Service and Privacy Policy is an agreement between you and The Consultancy LLC and any one of its parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies ("TCL" or "We" or "us") in relation, but not limited to, to be used by and to enable TCL to provide its services to a variety of customers (the “Contractor Services”) by introducing qualified independent contractors to third parties seeking services through the TCL Services website and software (the “Website”), any updates, patches, improvements, upgrades and expansions that replace or supplement the Website software, and all related documentation which are not distributed with a separate license, if any (collectively, the "Software"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") sets forth the agreement between TCL and each user ("you" or "User").
