The City of South Portland, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maine (the “Licensee”), and Portland Pipe Line Corporation, a Maine corporation having a place of business in South Portland, Maine (the “Licensor”), being the parties to that certain License and Indemnity Agreement dated October 29, 2015, the terms of which were further extended by letter dated October 24, 2018 (collectively referred to as the “Agreement”), do hereby amend the Agreement as set forth herein.
