This agreement is between Keybar Ltd trading as KEY HEALTH (hereinafter called KEY HEALTH); a company incorporated in England under number 1382035 whose registered office is at 2nd Floor, Davis House, Robert Street, Croydon, CR0 1QQ, (hereinafter called “KEY HEALTH”) and the worker (hereinafter called the “Temporary Worker”). The “Client” refers to the organisation to whom the Temporary Worker, is contracted to work. This Agreement and attachments (“Terms”) constitute the entire agreement between KEY HEALTH and the Temporary Worker for the supply of services (“Services”) by the Temporary Worker to the Client and they shall govern all assignments.
