Postal Service and the designated agent of the Union signatory to the National Agreement, Branch 2462 N.A.L.C. pursuant to the Local Implementation Provision of the 2019-2023 National Agreement. The Memorandum of Understanding constitutes the entire agreement on matters relating to local conditions of employment.
