This announcement is made by ClouDr Group Limited (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries and consolidated affiliated entities, the “Group”) on a voluntary basis. The board (the “Board”) of directors (the “Directors”) of the Company is pleased to announce that on January 26, 2024, the Company entered into a non-legally binding strategic cooperation agreement (the “Strategic Cooperation Agreement”) with 杭州安元生物醫藥科技有限公司 (Hangzhou Anprime BioPharm Co. Ltd.*) (“Anprime Bio”).
