This Agreement is entered into as the City’s execution date (“Effective Date”) between the City of San José, a municipal corporation (“City”), and cQuant.io, Inc. (“cQuant”), a Delaware Corporation registered to conduct business in the State of California (hereinafter “Contractor”). Each of City and Contractor are sometimes hereinafter referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
