The Michigan Infrastructure Council (MIC) “Dig Once” Project Portal (the Portal) is a collaborative environment intended to facilitate coordination between infrastructure construction projects. Ensuring quality data, stored in a safe environment, and accessible to authorized users is critical to the success of the Portal. Roles and responsibilities of data providers and Portal users will be monitored through three agreements.
