The purpose of this agreement/contract is to define a cooperative and mutually beneficial relationship between the United Way of Calhoun County (UWCC) and Agency. This agreement must be signed by UWCC and two Agency board members (one signature must be that of the treasurer) before funds are released. Nothing in this agreement/contract is to be construed as a guarantee of funding.
