(“Agreement”) forms a binding legal agreement between the person or entity in whose name the bank account is established (“User”) and Autobooks, Inc., a Delaware company (“Autobooks”). This Agreement governs the use of the Services (defined below) by User, and each of its directors, officers, owners, employees, agents, contractors, or other representatives.
