This Memorandum of Understanding (“Agreement”) dated May June , 2024 (“Effective Date”), by and between Pinehurst Wine Shoppe, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company (“PWS”) and Bellona-Gittings Community Association, Inc., a Maryland nonstock corporation (“BGCA”). PWS and BGCA shall collectively be referred to herein as the “Parties.”
