This Real Property Charitable Donation Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of , 2016 (the "Effective Date”), by and between HNI CORPORATION, an Iowa corporation (the “Company") and the CITY OF MUSCATINE, Iowa (the “City”) with respect to a charitable donation as described herein (the "Contribution"). The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions pursuant to which the Company shall provide and the City shall receive the Contribution.
