LABOR AGREEMENTLabor Agreement • June 2nd, 2020
This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the City of University Place, hereafter referred to as the "City" or "Employer," for its operations listed below this 1 day of January, 2020, and the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local No. 612, hereinafter referred to as the "Union." The Union shall represent all regular full-time and regular part-time (as defined in the City's Personnel Policies) maintenance employees of the City of University Place Public Works Operations Division, excluding supervisors, confidential employees, clerical employees, seasonal and temporary employees, and all other employees. The City hereby recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for its represented employees.
