THIS LOAN AGREEMENT, is made and entered into this day of , 2017 by and between the CITY OF MISSOULA, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Montana (“CITY”), and MONTANA BOARD OF INVESTMENTS, an agency of the government of the State of Montana established pursuant to Mont. Code Ann. § 2-15-1808 (“MBOI”). It is specifically agreed and acknowledged that this agreement is subject to the terms and conditions of that certain Master and Subordination Agreement, executed currently herewith (the “Master Agreement”).
