This Arrangement sets forth Joint Publication Agreement is made on this 3rd day of September 2020 by and between Faqih Ma’arif, lecturer from Department of Civil Engineering, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta and Abdul Khalim, a postgraduate student from Department of Civil Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University-People’s Republic of China, hereinafter referred to singularly as “the Party” and collectively as “the Parties”.
