This Agreement (“Agreement”) is hereby entered into this day of , 2016 by and between the Village of Grafton (hereinafter “Village”) and the Grafton Area Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter “Chamber”) (The Village and the Chamber may be collectively referred to herein as “Parties” and individually as “Party”).
