This Annex shall be for the purpose of NASA Ames and California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly) to collaborate on efforts for research and development in physics-based modeling and machine-learning; such as the Acoustic Monitoring Technology Project which includes development of machine-learning technology for bubble detection and quantification from the acoustic response of liquid-filled tanks and transfer lines.
