This Commercial Standard Offer Program Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between SOUTHWESTERN ELECTRIC POWER COMPANY, a Delaware corporation (hereinafter “SWEPCO”), and (hereinafter “Project Sponsor”), (SWEPCO and Project Sponsor each hereinafter referred to as a “Party” and together as the “Parties”).
