The Captioner noted in the applicable Ai-Media Captioner Registration Form (Captioner) 1 Commencement Date On full execution 2 Engagement a) Ai-Media hereby engages the Captioner to provide the Services and Deliverables as ordered by Ai-Media from time to time.b) The Captioner is responsible for supplying all equipment, tools, internet connectivity and software necessary to provide the Servicesc) In consideration for such Services, Ai-Media will pay to the Captioner the Fees on the terms provided herein.
