This Retainer Agreement (“Agreement”) represents the understanding between Montgomery County (“Client”) and Sanford Heisler Sharp, LLP and Kaufman & Canoles, P.C. (collectively, “Attorneys”) (“the Parties”). Attorneys’ status is that of an independent contractor; Attorneys shall not be considered an employee of Client for any purpose.
