This Subcontract/Blanket Master Agreement (BMA) is effective as of TBD, between Washington River Protection Solutions, LLC (WRPS), and TBD (“SUBCONTRACTOR”) who hereby agree that all Work specified below, which is a portion of the goods and services to be provided by WRPS for the United States Department of Energy, shall be performed by the SUBCONTRACTOR in accordance with all the provisions of the Subcontract.
