This Agreement for Access is entered into this 1st day of December, 2016 by and between the City of Benicia, a municipal corporation and general law City (“City”), Prop SF, LLC (“Prop”), a California Limited Liability Company, to provide the general parameters under which Prop will conduct daily private charter private vessel service from the City of Benicia Alvarez Ninth Street Park Boat Launch to destinations determined by agreements between Prop and the entity arranging for such charter service.
