AGREEMENT (the “Amendment”) is entered into as of December 1, 2019, (the "Amendment Effective Date") by and between the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF MARIN, a public body, corporate and politic (the "Authority"), and THE MICHAELS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY L.L.P., a New Jersey limited partnership (the "Developer"). The Authority and the Developer are individually referred to in this Amendment as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
