Applications for vacations must be filed by April 1st of each year. The Corporation will post the approved vacation schedule on or before April 30th in the work area concerned. Subject to the Corporation's right to maintain a qualified workforce, the choice of vacation days will be granted in order of seniority. It is agreed and understood that changes may be made to the approved vacation schedule by mutual agreement if such changes do not affect employees who have submitted their requests in a timely fashion
