This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) is entered into as of the date fully executed below (the “Effective Date”) between Bose Corporation, along with its Affiliates (“Bose”) and the party named on the purchase order into which this DPA is incorporated (“Seller”). Bose and Seller are each referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”. This DPA forms part of Bose’s General Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time (the “Agreement”).
