Supplier grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to use for the Number of Users Agreed by this agreement, the Software, by remote delivery only, in Customer’s normal course of business (including the version initially licensed together with any Updates included in the subscription, but excluding any new software feature or substantial additional functionality for which Supplier, in its sole discretion, generally charges customers of the Software additional charges) (“Software”). The Software is protected by copyright and UK trademark approvals.
