This Agreement is made and entered into effective the 1st day of July, 2022, between Ravalli County, a political subdivision of the state of Montanan (hereinafter referred to as the “County”), and Wester Montana Mental Health Center (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”). The purpose of this Agreement is to contract for behavioral health services for inmates for the Ravalli County Detention Center.
