These MTE High-Speed Internet Services Terms and Conditions and all documents referred to in them (collectively the “Agreement”) are a legal contract between the customer (“You” or “you”) and Midvale Telephone Exchange, Inc. d/b/a MTE Communications (“MTE”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions by which MTE will make available to you the services you have elected to receive (“Services”).
