Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding. Clicking on the “Accept” button at the end of this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the terms of this Agreement and creates a binding and enforceable contract between the user and the WDH. This Agreement can be accessed at any time by clicking on the User Agreement link at https://wyir.health.wyo.gov.
