This Note and Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made by and between the City of St. George, Utah, General Economic Development Projects Fund (Fund 41) (hereinafter “Lender”), and the Neighborhood Redevelopment Agency of the City of St. George, Utah (hereinafter “Agency”), Central Business District Community Development Area Fund (Fund 38) (hereinafter “District” and “Borrower”).
