ALLOTMENT AGREEMENTAllotment Agreement • July 19th, 2007
AGREEMENT made BETWEEN the Town Council of Totton and Eling in the Administrative County of Hampshire (thereafter called the Council) of the one part and the undersigned (hereafter called the tenant) of the other part. WHEREBY the Council agree to let and the tenant agreed to take the above allotment plot at a calendar yearly rent of £1.90 per rod for 2005, £1.95 per rod for 2006, £2.00 per rod for 2007, £2.06 per rod for 2008, £2.12 per rod for 2009 and thereafter until altered by the Council with a new agreement, subject to following conditions:-
