Pursuant to Section 1229(1) of the Revised School Code and in accordance with the action found in the April 18, 2016 meeting minutes of the Board of Education (the “Board”) of the Galesburg-Augusta Community Schools (“District”), the Board re-employs Dr. Dania Bazzi (“Superintendent”) for a three (3)-year period beginning July 1, 2016 and ending on June 30, 2019, according to the terms and conditions of this Contract as specifically described below. Any extension of this Contract requires the express approval of the Board.
