In January, 2013, LEAP published Version 1.0 of the LEAP Master Agreement for Purchasing and Selling Renewable Identification Numbers (the ‘LEAP RINS Master Agreement’) for voluntary use by industry participants. In order to supplement the understanding and use of the agreement, LEAP also published a User’s Guide in June 2013.
