This agreement is made as of (Fill date) between the STQC Certification Services (CB), having its office at Electronic Niketan, 6, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi - 110003, India, hereinafter referred to as Certification Body and the registered Certified Client (Fill Name of the Certified Client) having its principle office at (Fill address) hereinafter referred to as Certified Client which expression shall include its successors and assignees. This agreement covers all the sites covered under the scope of certification.
