THIS INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT is made and entered into on this 1ST day of January, 2012 by and between the City of City of North Bend, Washington, a Washington municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as “City”, and Chelan County, Washington, hereinafter referred to as “Chelan County”, each party having been duly organized and now existing under the laws of the State of Washington.
