The General Conditions shall apply exclusively to all sales by the Seller, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Buyer’s general conditions of purchase or in any other document issued by Buyer or which are otherwise implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing. Conflicting and/or supplementary terms and conditions of any such documents shall only apply and be binding upon the Seller to the extent expressly agreed by the Seller in writing.
