This Customer Agreement is entered into by and between Sarasota County School District (the “District”), with offices at 1960 Landings Boulevard, Sarasota, FL 34231 and Curriculum Associates, LLC (“Curriculum Associates”), with offices at 153 Rangeway Road, North Billerica, MA 01862. The terms of this agreement shall take effect on August 1, 2018 (the “Effective Date”).
