This Data Use Agreement is entered into by and between {insert name of Organization} (hereinafter called {“Data Receiver”}), and the STATE OF COLORADO (hereinafter called the “State”) acting by and through the Colorado Department of Higher Education (DHE) (hereinafter called the {“Data Provider”}).
