This Memorandum of Agreement hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" is made and entered into at San Jose, California, on June 30th, 2010, by and between the City of San Jose, hereinafter referred to as the "City" or "Management" and the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local No. 3, hereinafter referred to as the "Union” or “OE#3.”
