(“Godiva”) (collectively with the Plaintiffs, the “Parties”), in the above-captioned action. This Settlement Agreement is intended by the Parties to fully and finally resolve, discharge, and settle the Released Claims, as defined herein, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, and the approval of the District Court.
