This Supplement to Base Closure Homeless Assistance Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on 2013 (“Effective Date”) between COMMUNITY ACTION PARTNERSHIP OF ORANGE COUNTY, a California Nonprofit Corporation (“Homeless Services Provider”), and the COUNTY OF ORANGE, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County”), as the Local Redevelopment Authority ("LRA") for Marine Corps Air Station El Toro (“MCAS El Toro”). Homeless Services Provider and the County are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”.
