This Class Action Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of October, 2021, by Elizabeth Cleveland, Christopher Redmon, Amy Larchuk, Dhaval Shah, and Thomas McCormick (“Plaintiffs”), on behalf of themselves and the Settlement Class, as defined below, and Defendant Whirlpool Corporation (“Whirlpool”), to settle, fully and finally, all of the claims that have been or could have been brought in the four putative class-action Lawsuits (defined in Section I.A. herein) against Whirlpool relating to certain dishwashers described below.
