This master Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is effective January 1, 2024, by and between The Board of Governors of the Colorado State University System (“BOG”), acting by and through Colorado State University (“CSU”), for the benefit of Colorado State University Extension, hereinafter referred to as "Extension" and the Board of County Commissioners (“BOCC”) of Garfield County, Colorado hereinafter referred to as the "County." Extension and the County shall be referred to collectively as the “Parties.”
