This Employment Agreement ("Agreement"), executed this day of March 2019, and effective as of July 1, 2019, is entered into by and between the University of South Florida Board of Trustees, a public body corporate of the State of Florida, (the "Board," or the "Board of Trustees") and Steven Currall (the “President” or “Dr. Currall”), for the position of President of the University of South Florida System (“University” or “USF System”). The Board and President are collectively referred to herein as the Parties.
